Damir Kreilach opened the scoring for Real Salt Lake in the 9th minute and the floodgates opened in the second half against LAFC. Justin Meram scored in the 47th minute and Albert Rusnak provided the cherry on top with a 79th-minute penalty, sending RSL past LAFC, 3-0.
