Liverpool win High Court battle with New Balance and can agree deal to wear Nike kits from next season

Liverpool have won their High Court battle with New Balance over changing their kit sponsorship deal to Nike for the start of next season.

New Balance submitted a claim to the High Court due to a clause in their existing contract, which allowed them to extend their deal if they matched a rival company’s offer.

Liverpool refused to agree to the deal despite New Balance doing just that, with Nike their preferred kit partner moving forward.
