Napoli's Ospina thanks fans after release from hospital following pitch collapse

Napoli's on-loan goalkeeper David Ospina had to be taken to hospital after collapsing on the field after an earlier collision against Udinese. Napoli goalkeeper David Ospina&nbsp;thanked his fans and supporters after being released from the hospital because of a head injury he sustained in a 4-2 win against Udinese.
