Columbus Crew SC's downtown stadium construction to start in summer of 2019

Incoming Columbus Crew owner Dee Haslam said the team plans to start construction of a $230 million downtown stadium this summer. The announcement came at a press conference at the Ivory Room in downtown Columbus where new head coach Caleb Porter and president Tim Bezbatchenko were presented for the first time.
