Liverpool star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has shown fans he’s stepping up his training as he bids to return to the first-team fold.
The midfielder suffered a knee injury in the Reds’ 5-2 Champions League semi-final first leg win over Roma in April.
Oxlade-Chamberlain damaged multiple ligaments and tendons in his right knee when he suffered the issue and was initially reported to missing the majority of the current Premier League season.
He stepped up his training in late September when he revealed he was able to pass a football again and now the 25-year-old has issued another update on Instagram.
As he continues to rehabilitate his knee, the ex-Arsenal man showcased himself training hard in the gym to strengthen his right leg and he certainly looks in excellent shape having incorporated bike work, boxing drills, and rope work which he has also posted on Instagram.
A timescale on his return, though is yet to be updated by the player or the club.
